4.Margaret Appiah is a dedicated educator and fashion/textiles specialist committed to training the next generation of teachers. She holds a Master of Technology in Fashion and Textiles Design, which equips her with strong expertise in fabric technology, garment construction, pattern development, and sustainable textile practices.

At St. Francis College of Education, she lectures in Fashion and Design, combining theory with hands-on practical training. Her teaching focuses on building students’ technical skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset so they can deliver quality Home Economics education at the basic school level.

Margaret is passionate about preserving Ghanaian textile heritage while integrating modern design techniques. She mentors students through projects, exhibitions, and fashion shows, helping them translate classroom learning into marketable skills.
