The Office of the College Secretary is headed by the College Secretary, who plays the dual role of Chief Administrative Officer of the College and act as Secretary to Council, all Committees of Council as well as all Statutory Committees of the College. The Secretary’s Office is responsible, under the Principal, for the day-to -day administration and management of the College. It is the responsibility of the Secretary to ensure the functioning of all Boards and Standing Committees of the College.
The College Secretary is assisted by a crop of Administrators and Professionals made up of Deputy Secretary, Assistant Deputy Secretary, Senior Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries who handle the various Departments of the Office and service Committees and Boards of the College.
The Secretary Offices oversees four main divisions:
- Academic and Students Affairs
- Human Resource Management
- General Services
- Council Affairs
